        Venda’s new 5 language multichannel digital experience (website, mobile, and
social media) was to introduce innovative new marketing, establish a demand
generation machine, and communicate Venda’s core competencies. “Convergent
Commerce” was conceived as the next evolution of multi-channel strategy in which
brands deliver a unified customer experience across all platforms. Venda would
become a single source for thought-leadership; technology and support. The
website would help re-inspire and redefine a company and make the industry once
again take notice. To date, the website’s engaging design and intuitive
usability combined with the marketing programs have quadrupled lead generation
and doubled press coverage.
