    “Indy 500” was produced as the opener for the Vensure Sales Kick-Off annual conference. Vensure’s sponsorship of an Indy 500 race car was a symbol of Vensure’s competitive ambitions and acceleration of its business growth.

    While the centerpiece of the film is the 2024 Indy 500 race, the energy and dynamism of the organization is also captured in sweeping footage of the company’s expanding global technology and service centers, the attendant opening events of new facilities, and a rapidly growing number of partnerships.

    The net take-away for Vensure’s sales force is a visceral appreciation of the business powerhouse they represent and the corporate energy they can channel to achieve their goals. The video was just one part of the event, but it set the tone for its entirety.

    As a result, Vensure Sales is already ahead of goals for new business wins and total sales value. In this way, “Indy 500” is more than a motivational video but a metaphor for the organization; as much a prediction of the team’s performance as a reflection on successes to-date.

    The fact that the video was produced almost exclusively in-house reflects the resourcefulness and contributions of every team member to the company’s success.
