As an integrated ecosystem of ERP, SIS, and point solutions, Jenzabar One empowers institutions to streamline operations, improve efficiency, maximize resources, monetize new strategies, and drive growth. More importantly, Jenzabar One is student-centric, offering a mobile-first, user-friendly interface that allows students to take control of their academic journey. Whether it's registering for courses, tracking GPA, or accessing campus resources, students have 24/7 access to the tools and resources they need.

In its latest release, Jenzabar One has significantly enhanced Jenzabar Student, improving functionality in critical areas like role permissions, security, automation, and data management. Now, institutions can automate advisor assignments, collaborate more effectively, and draw on student data to make informed decisions about academic programs.

One of the standout features of Jenzabar One is its ability to break down communications, data, and departmental silos. Jenzabar Workflow furthers this capability by empowering staff to create repeatable, automated workflows that connect students, staff, tasks, and resources across campus. Already since its launch in 2024, institutions have seen incredible success with Jenzabar Workflow; they’ve used it to streamline processes associated with transferring students, changing majors, submitting and receiving admission applications, and determining athletic eligibility. One institution using Jenzabar Workflow for student housing saw a 278% increase in engagement from students.

Additionally, the newly enhanced Jenzabar Analytics has empowered institutions with even more data management and analytics capabilities, allowing decision-makers to access real-time insights into program performance, financial health, and admissions trends. Many institutions are using Jenzabar Analytics to learn more about student retention trends. Other institutions have reported benefits of using Jenzabar Analytics like a 20% improvement in retention rates, a 35% increase in reporting efficiency, and program optimizations that led to $600,000 in cost savings.

Today, solutions like Jenzabar One are crucial. The demographic of high school graduates is set to decline by 13% between 2025 and 2041 and retention remains an issue. Nearly 70% of institutions have been forced to reduce staffing or cut programs. Solutions that can improve student experiences and operational efficiency will be critical in enabling institutions to keep doors open in the future.
