  3. If you are providing written answers for your submission, you must provide an answer to this first question: If this is a brand-new product, state the date on which it was released. If this is a new version of an existing product, state the date on which the update was released:

Unanet CRM GovCon (“GovCon” is short for “government contractor”) was updated via multiple releases throughout 2023, 2024 and 2025, most recently in Q1 2025 with the addition of new market intelligence capabilities that use AI to scan the public domain to identify highly targeted new business opportunities (RFPs, etc.). Those upgrades were preceded by the Q4 2024 addition of robust new artificial intelligence-powered proposal-generation capabilities.

  4. If you are providing written answers for your submission, you must provide an answer to this second question: Describe the features, functions, and benefits of the nominated product or service (up to 350 words):

With a recent infusion of intelligent capabilities, Unanet CRM GovCon has evolved into a complete cloud-based growth suite to support government contractors in their quest to win more business. It readily integrates with Unanet ERP to provide an end-to-end solution that enables firms to manage the complete business development process, from finding and selecting opportunities, through proposal creation. As such, it is the most comprehensive contact/customer relationship management solution available to government contractors today.

A new set of AI-driven market intelligence tools added in 2025 eliminate blind spots and act as a firm’s eyes and ears, scouring the public domain for new bid opportunities, then providing a steady stream of opportunities that align with strategic goals, profitability targets, and other  parameters — opportunities that firms might otherwise overlook, and that their competitors could easily miss.

Advanced analytics within Unanet CRM GovCon then aid decision-makers in prioritizing pursuits by scoring opportunities based on parameters like win probability and estimated project profitability. This enables a company to pursue the most winnable and desirable business instead of wasting resources pursuing projects that aren’t in their wheelhouse. They’re basing decisions on solid, data-derived insight, not just gut instinct.

Added to Unanet CRM GovCon in late 2024, new AI-powered proposal-creation capabilities are driving major qualitative and quantitative improvements on the proposal side of the business. With automated capabilities to gather, standardize, verify, and organize content culled from various internal and external sources, then turn it into a coherent whole with automated, intelligent templates, proposal teams don’t have to reinvent the wheel with every proposal. Instead, they can focus on the aspects of a proposal where a human touch makes a big difference. The result (based on actual customer data): a 70% reduction in average RFP time-to-draft, a 50% cut in proposal-generation costs, and a 20% increase in overall company proposal capacity—without increasing headcount or compromising win rate. This leads directly to increased revenue, increased profitability and greater predictability—exactly what government contracting businesses must have in unpredictable times like these.

  5. If you are providing written answers for your submission, you must provide an answer to this third question: Outline the market performance, critical reception, and customer satisfaction with the product or service to date. State monetary or unit sales figures to date, if possible, and how they compare to expectations or past performance. Provide links to laudatory product or service reviews. Include some customer testimonials, if applicable (up to 350 words):
