HGV’s significant achievements since 2023 include spearheading a large-scale integration of products and team members with the acquisition of Bluegreen Vacations, which closed January 2024. This acquisition added approximately 200,000 members and expanded HGV’s resort portfolio to 200 properties in 14 new geographies and eight new states. The addition added exciting new outdoor destinations and world class strategic partnerships, including Bass Pro Shops and NASCAR, further transforming HGV into the premier vacation ownership and experiences company. HGV also announced a worthwhile partnership with Great Wolf Lodge to help expand family travel options.

In 2024, HGV grew its member events platform, HGV Ultimate Access, and hosted over 3,800 events for over 120,000 members, including its signature HGV Tournament of Champions and the FORMULA 1 HEINEKEN SILVER LAS VEGAS GRAND PRIX. HGV also celebrated new property openings in Las Vegas and Maui, while also expanding its Hilton Vacation Club brand to more than 30 properties and growing its presence in Japan by acquiring a new property in Kyoto.

HGV has demonstrated exceptional growth and commitment to excellence, setting it apart in the vacation ownership industry. The acquisition of Bluegreen Vacations significantly expanded HGV's portfolio, broadened its offerings and customer reach to create the premier vacation ownership and experiences company. To that end, the company has implemented and enhanced several programs across its global footprint to create an inclusive environment for its team members, to serve its communities and to reduce its environmental impact.

The company’s rapid pace of innovation and expansion also did not slow down as HGV formed new partnerships with renowned brands and began its plans to rebrand the first few Bluegreen Vacations properties starting in 2025. HGV’s workforce grew twofold to approximately 22,000 team members. With many of these team members working domestically at the 50 resorts added to HGV’s portfolio, HGV executives ensured these team members were equipped with the appropriate information, support and resources to have a smooth transition.

HGV’s mission of “Putting People First” has driven the evolution of outstanding industry-leading benefit programs for team members, which include day-1 access to health benefits and 401k options, flexible work hours and a parental leave program.

In August 2024, HGV opened the ‘HGV Wellness Center’ at its global headquarters, offering a state-of-the-art fitness center and high-quality healthcare services, including annual physicals, preventative exams, and physical therapy, for over 4,000 local team members and their eligible dependents.
