    Trial Tested: A Podcast by the American College of Trial Lawyers presents enlightening discussions about life and law through interviews with prominent Fellows and significant figures in the world of trial law. Hosted alternatively by Fellows in the College, the podcast seeks to elevate and inspire trial attorneys and law students through sharing the College’s dedication to maintaining and improving the standards of trial practice, professionalism, ethics and the administration of justice. Past interviewees include Jeffrey Rosen, President of the National Constitution Center, Kevin O’Malley, United States Ambassador to Ireland, Cyrus Vance, former District Attorney of Manhattan, and Nancy Hollander, whose representation of Guantanamo Bay detainees was made into a movie (the Mauritanian starring Jodie Foster). The podcast has aired for 7 seasons of 6 episodes each and first launched in October of 2021. We are currently at 30,000 downloads total – averaging somewhere around 600 downloads per episode.
