AiSDR was launched in July 2023 by second-time founders Yury Zaremba and Oleg Zaremba, 3 years after they sold their first company AXDRAFT to Onit, resulting in a multi-million dollar exit.
The launch of AiSDR culminates Yuriy’s dedication to running sales and managing sales teams, a task that he’s been in charge of since the launch of his previous company.
With over 6 years of experience in that domain, Yuriy has witnessed a steady decline in the performance of SDR teams across multiple industries resulting in missed quotas and under-realized bottom line, which led him to the launch of AiSDR as a means to repurpose human creativity, flexibility, and analytical thinking into human-first and higher-value work.

AiSDR focuses on always responding to the leads in under 10 minutes, thus securing the highest possible conversion rates, and runs on complete autopilot without needing human oversight.
Other platforms (like Artisan) require approval for outgoing messages, which compromises efficiency and velocity, and most platforms (like Jason by Reply.io or 6 Sense) just focus on the first-touch emails and a few follow-ups, without the possibility to tackle context or handle conversations.
Unlike many platforms like FirstQuadrant or 11x.ai, our solution is already live and being used by customers.
AiSDR makes email personalization scalable and maintains the highest AI-generated content for outreach currently available due to:
(1) the enhanced training of AI and detailed prompting that goes into the setup of client personas, resulting in the ability to mimic a client’s specific writing style and their tone of voice
(2) LinkedIn personalization that makes the content relevant to each recipient (instead of one-size-fits-all boilerplate messaging and templated sends)
