a.When Personiv submitted its podcast, CFO Weekly, for finance leaders in the 2020 Stevies International Business Awards "Best Business Podcast" category, both were brand new. We never expected to win gold in both the podcast and the category's inaugural year, but we haven't stopped striving to earn it ever since.

The host of CFO Weekly, Megan Weis, has spent the intervening years interviewing finance executives of all stripes: tracking the unconventional career paths of teachers-turned-C-Suite-leaders, CFOs using their talents to fund social justice initiatives and thought leaders on the bleeding edge of accounting automation technology. The podcast has garnered a reputation that sees its guest lineup booked months in advance and has even inspired an in-person quarterly thought leadership event, CFO Leadership Live.

The numbers tell the tale: in 2022, CFO Weekly saw a 73% year-over-year increase in total downloads, which made exceeding our initial goal of reaching our 100K download milestone inevitable. Even more exciting was our 110% increase in total followers as word spread about the podcast. Heading into our third year on the air, we've been able to maintain a perfect five-star rating on Apple Podcasts, too.
