Fox experienced sky-rocketing growth in 2021, landing the company at a ranking of No. 268 on the Inc 5000 list, the prestigious ranking of fastest-growing private companies in America. This was the first year Fox made the Inc. 5000 list, which came after a record year of growth and achievement. Fox grew organically from $5.7 million revenue in 2020 to $26 million in 2021, and $42 million generated to date in 2022 with a forecast of ending the year at $45 million, representing nearly a 1,000% increase over the same period from 2019-2020. To support the growth, Fox will end 2022 with 43 employees, up from 24 employees in 2021.
In 2022, Fox acquired Boxton’s freight automation platform. This marked Fox’s global expansion into air and ocean freight services. Fox acquired 150+ global customers and expanded freight offerings for small and medium-sized businesses as a result. The acquisition benefited Boxton and Fox customers, so they can obtain competitive freight rates in all modes of transportation.
Within months, Boxton’s platform accounted for 25% of monthly revenue while using only 5% of the workforce. Since then, the increase in the number of repeat customers jumped by 58 shippers, with Fox’s top ranked customer skyrocketing it’s utilization of the platform 900% from July-August alone - booking over 30 shipments for nearly $500,000 in total revenue that month. Total shipment volume is projected at 20,000 loads in 2022, an increase of 85% from the 10,859 loads shipped in 2021.

The efforts of the Fox team, combined with a versatile technology stack, has resulted in less than 5 minute response times on all customer and shipper inquiries.
