Beyond Rocket’s growth through M&A, the company looked to evolve its products and expand its internal diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) programs. Recognizing its importance especially during this past year, Rocket has dedicated resources to both expanding and improving its products for customers and creating an inclusive, transformative workplace for Rocketeers.

Throughout the year, Rocket made enhancements to existing solutions and delivered new products – launching a brand-new platform that transforms how companies approach the modernization of their critical systems: Rocket Process Insights. IT leaders are often pressed to enhance or integrate systems as a daunting monolith, unable to tease apart key components or discern business-critical needs from superficial improvements. With Rocket Process Insights, businesses can better understand how to prioritize strategic modernization projects, drive continuous delivery against their plans and quickly show bottom-line results to the business.

Additionally, and in line with Rocket’s core values, the company prioritized DEI through its RIDE program. RIDE--Rocket Inclusion, Diversity and Equity--is a diverse internal working group of passionate Rocketeers dedicated to embedding inclusiveness into every corner of Rocket. The program aims to move conversations about diversity forward and support employees of all backgrounds in their career and personal goals. At the start of 2021, Rocket brought on Sharra Owens-Schwartz as Senior Director of Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity to help elevate the RIDE program and lead the initiatives and programs focused on creating an inclusive environment, where Rocketeers are valued for their differences.
