Gould (hyper) grew four businesses in his career (a landscape company, a construction company, real estate development, and coaching business) and advised tens of thousands of others on six continents to do the same.

There are more than 7,000 advisors worldwide that are serving over 35,000 businesses on a daily basis on 6 continents as a result of Carl's methodologies. Carl created a coaching methodology when few existed and was able to implement it around the world helping thousands of businesses scale and grow. His company, 7 Stage Advisors, has mentored the launch of over 5000 businesses. 7 Stage Advisors donated over 400 hours of coaching to entrepreneurs as a service to the community.

He is an inspirational leader, always challenging those around him to reach their potential and seek out their passions; to make goals and reach them. He has known adversity and challenges in his life but has used those to push himself in new directions. Never allowing circumstances to dictate his opportunities. When he was in college, he broke his leg, requiring several surgeries and extensive recuperation forcing him to drop out of college because his funding ran out. Gould donated over 1,000 coaching hours to those in need, from the homeless, military personnel, assisted living and nursing home recipients to students and emerging entrepreneurs.
