ENTRY DEADLINE FOR 2003 AMERICAN BUSINESS AWARDS SM
IS OFFICIALLY EXTENDED TO FEBRUARY 28

First National, All-Encompassing Business Awards Seeking
Nominations of Companies, Individuals, Teams, and Corporate Media

New York, NY – January 22, 2003 – Due to the overwhelming number of requests for deadline extensions received for The 2003 American Business Awards - "The Stevie Awards," the organizers have officially extended the entry deadline to Friday, February 28.

"To date we have received several hundred nominations from companies large and small across the landscape of American business," said American Business Awards founder and president Michael Gallagher. "But we've also received scores of requests for deadline extensions. We're extending the deadline so that every company has the opportunity to participate in the first edition of this important new award."

He added that entrants will not be charged any late or penalty fees, and that nominations submitted after the original entry deadline (January 21) will in no way be penalized.

Companies that have already been granted deadline extensions are asked to adhere to the extended deadlines given to them.
