Miller Heiman Signs On as "Sponsor of Sales Excellence"
of American Business Awards in 2003-04
Commits to Sponsor All Awards in Sales Categories for Two Years
New York, NY – December 10, 2002 – Miller Heiman, a global leader in building exceptional sales organizations, today signed a two-year agreement to be the "Sponsor of Sales Excellence" of The American Business Awards. The agreement will position Miller Heiman as the exclusive sponsor of all awards in the sales categories including Best Sales Executive, Best Sales Leader, Best Salesperson, Best Sales Organization, and Best Sales Team in both 2003 and 2004.
In addition, Miller Heiman will create and present a "special" award for World Class Sales Excellence. The criteria and nomination process for this award will be jointly created by the American Business Awards and Miller Heiman.
The American Business Awards are the first national, all-encompassing business awards program honoring great performances in the workplace. Nicknamed the SteviesTM for the Greek word "crowned," the awards will be presented at a star-studded, nationally broadcast show in New York City in April 2003.
As the Sponsor of Sales Excellence, Miller Heiman will play an integral role in recognizing the unsung heroes of American business, the sales people, teams, and organizations who drive the nation's economy.
