Briefly describe this nomination’s communications objectives and how it met those objectives (up to 100 words):

InSight survived a three-year development and rollout of IRIS (InSight Radiology
Information System), a proprietary information system owned and operated by the
company.  InSight is the only company in its sector able to record revenues and
operations on a single platform.

The IRIS rollout brought the Management Information Services (MIS) team and field much pain and suffering as it replaced multiple systems, manual processes and
cumbersome approaches developed by former employees.  Today, IRIS is
successfully used across 209 locations for patient registration;
scheduling/confirmation; insurance verification; archival/tracking of medical
records; billing and collections.

The video was produced to celebrate completion of the daunting transformation
tasks and to embrace IRIS.
