Die Jury-Gremien der German Stevie® Awards 2022 werden von fünf hochrangigen Experten geleitet:
Juryvorsitzende des Gremiums für Unternehmen, Besondere Unternehmensleistungen und Klimaschutz: Sigrun Gujonsdottir, Geschäftsführerin der Sigrun GmbH, Zürich, Schweiz
Sigrun is on a mission to accelerate gender equality through female entrepreneurship. She is the leading business mentor for female online entrepreneurs in Europe, TEDx speaker, and host of the Sigrun Show podcast. Originally from Reykjavik, Iceland, she has spent half her life outside her home country; in Germany, United Kingdom, and Switzerland.
Sigrun was always drawn to leadership roles, so despite having zero business background nor the education, she made a life-changing phone call and asked to become the CEO of a software company shortly after finishing her master’s degree in architecture – and she got the job!
Ten years, another three master’s degrees, and several CEO roles later, Sigrun found herself in Switzerland with her newfound love but sick and unemployable. Her dream was to be location independent so she could split her time between Iceland and Switzerland, travel the world, and take care of her health.
So in 2014, Sigrun started her online business and quickly built a multiple 7 figure coaching business. Now she’s made over $10M in revenue and helped over 3000 women from all over the world start and scale their online businesses to 6 and 7 figures with her tough love and no-nonsense-approach to business and life.

Juryvorsitzender des Gremiums für die Kategorien Marketing, Kreative, Social Media & Videos: Mag. Dr. Susanne Baumann-Söllner, Vorständin, IAKW-AG, Internationales Amtssitz- und Konferenzzentrum Wien, AG, Wien, Österreich
Mag. Dr. Susanne Baumann-Söllner wurde mit 1. Dezember 2012 zum Vorstand der IAKW-AG bestellt. Die studierte Wirtschaftspädagogin, Wirtschaftstreuhänderin und Finanzanalystin arbeitete zunächst als Steuerberaterin und war danach im Bundesministerium für Finanzen als Beraterin mehrerer Minister und als Abteilungsleiterin für Steuerpolitik und Abgabenlegistik tätig. Baumann-Söllner ist Autorin mehrerer steuerpolitischer Fachpublikationen und Preisträgerin des Leopold Kunschak Wissenschaftspreises 2011. Baumann-Söllner ist als Sprecherin des Vorstands für das Kongressgeschäft, also die Bereiche Marketing, Sales, Eventmanagement sowie den Bereich Finance & Accounting, Personal, IT und Sicherheit verantwortlich.

Juryvorsitzende des Gremiums für Unternehmenskommunikation, Investor Relations & Public Relations, Jahresberichte & Publikationen + Media (Websites, Apps, Live-Events): Margrit Schumacher, Mitglied der Geschäftsleitung/Consultant Director, Arts & Others Communication GmbH, Bad Homburg, Deutschland
Die Dipl.-Betriebswirtin Margrit Schumacher ist seit gut 25 Jahren auf Kunden- und Agenturseite im Marketing tätig. Nach Stationen bei der Milupa AG und Heraeus Kulzer startete sie bei Arts & Others in Bad Homburg/Frankfurt, wo sie heute als Mitglied der Geschäftsleitung und Leiterin der Kundenberatung aktiv ist. Arts & Others ist eine inhabergeführte Agentur mit rund 25 Mitarbeitern, die namhafte Kunden aus der Finanzbranche und anderen Bereichen betreut, etwa American Express, Ardex, Fresenius, Kühne & Nagel und die R+V Versicherung. Margrit Schumachers Schwerpunkt ist die Beratung bei kanalübergreifenden Kampagnen, die auch PR und Social Media Aktivitäten integrieren. Dabei koordiniert sie je nach Aufgabenstellungen auch die Leistungen weiterer spezialisierter Agenturen aus dem AIKA-Agenturnetzwerk, zu dessen Gründungsmitgliedern Arts & Others gehört: etwa aus Feldern wie Performance Marketing, Social Media Marketing und Inbound-Marketing.

Juryvorsitzender des Gremiums Neue Produkte & IT: Jörg Walden, CEO, iPoint-systems gmbh, Reutlingen, Deutschland
Jörg Walden ist Geschäftsführer und Gründer der iPoint-systems GmbH. Seine Erfahrung und Expertise in der Technologiebranche, Softwareentwicklung und Unternehmensführung erstreckt sich auf über 30 Jahre. Er ist bei iPoint für die Geschäftsstrategie, die Produktstrategie und das Innovationsmanagement verantwortlich. Seit der Gründung der iPoint-systems gmbh im Jahr 2001 als kleines, automobilorientiertes Unternehmen hat Jörg Walden das Unternehmen in einen multinationalen, global agierenden Marktführer mit einem Kundenkreis von zehntausenden von Unternehmen aus verschiedenen Branchen verwandelt.
Er wird von der Frage angetrieben, wie heutige Lösungen dazu beitragen können, eine nachhaltige, lebenswerte Welt für zukünftige Generationen zu sichern.
Jörg Walden dient seit 2019 als Ko-Vorsitzender der Arbeitsgruppe "Social Impact & Sustainability" der International Association of Trusted Blockchain Applications (INATBA). Sein innovatives und nachhaltiges Engagement wird immer wieder gewürdigt. So wurde er etwa vom Handelsblatt als einer der 100 Top-Innovatoren und Visionäre Deutschlands anerkannt. Juryvorsitzende des Gremiums Management, Human Resources, Kundenservice, Support und Umgang mit Covid-19: Jochen Werne, CDO und Hasan Celebi, COO, Prosegur Cash Services Germany, Ratingen, Deutschland
Jochen Werne, is an international Manager, public speaker & NGO-Founder with a track record in business transformation and development. In December 2020 he was listed in the TytoPR Top 500 ranking as one of the 50 most influential Germans on the tech scene. He also serves as a subject matter expert in public diplomacy & is dedicated to the development of international diplomatic & intercultural relations. He’s a relationship builder & influencer with a large network in politics, technology, and business who can foster change within organization’s leadership team.
In 2021 Jochen Werne was honoured with the State Medal – the highest award of the Bavarian State – for promoting environmental awareness. In the current position as Chief Development & Chief Visionary Officer and Executive Board member of PROSEGUR Germany he’s responsible for the development and implementation of the strategy for the areas Business Development, Innovation, II&S (Innovative Integrated Solutions), Business Process Outsourcing, New Products and International Sales.
Prior to this he has been Head of several Private and Corporate Banking divisions such as business development, marketing, product management, treasury & payment services at Bankhaus August Lenz & Co. AG. He also held CMO / COO / CDO related positions & headed sales departments. He served as CRM expert at Accenture, after working in global investment banking for Bankers Trust Alex Brown International and Deutsche Bank AG.
In addition, he was a navigator & trainer in the German Navy, studied economics at the University of Passau, the Goethe University Frankfurt a. M., the Helsinki School of Economics and most recently at Oxford University. He’s honorary Ambassador & founded several NGO’s dedicated to the development of international diplomatic and intercultural relations. He’s quoted by DIE ZEIT, Wirtschaftswoche, Süddeutsche Zeitung et al. Germany’s largest magazine Focus recognised his achievements recently in its section “The influencers”. INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS AWARDS: He has been awarded for his engagement in supporting international understanding with the “Admiral of the Fleet The Lord Boyce Prize 2019” and the “Ancla d’Oro” of the Asociación para la Investigación y Difusión de la Historia Naval de Cuba.
As Prosegur Germany Chief Operation Officer (COO), Hasan Celebi is responsible for the operational area for all 31 Prosegur locations in Germany. This includes, for example, the project management of Cash Services, the Fleet management and the Training & Technology Center. He has worked in the industry since 2001 and has gained practical experience at Prosegur, for example as Regional Manager North and Head of CIT. As an operational key account manager, he looked after Deutsche Bank and Commerzbank. His extensive professional experience is rounded off by international assignments.
