When the site was launched, the Vivius model was a new concept in the emerging
consumer-directed healthcare market. Vivius needed to explain its unique Web-
based product to distinct audiences involved in traditional health insurance:
consumers, payers, providers, and employers. To address this, the Web site
includes separate, accessible sections that clearly define the specific benefits for
each audience. The site also easily shows visitors where to click for additional
information about Vivius markets, news and events. Simultaneously, Vivius wanted
to create an interactive product demonstration so visitors could grasp the concept.
