Briefly describe this entry’s communications objectives and how it met those objectives (up to 125 words):

The objective was to create a defining brand platform upon which to build both the internal and external perception of Agilex – a young government contracting firm – and to do so by promoting the unique expertise, flexibility and agility inherent to its entrepreneurial nature.

Visionista interviewed several employees – from c-suite members to more junior staff – to find those elements that rang true for the company, rather than scripting something which risked being artificial.

Within 24 hours, there was a 200% penetration rate of the employee base, which boasts 500 people. It has been so successful, that now Agilex is embarking on a yearlong content marketing campaign.
