Historically, and as we’ve seen in recent months, the oil and gas industry has faced major challenges with profits, revenue and stock prices falling. Valor’s unique business model, which strives to remain a bigger picture company and not get bogged down by circumstances, has allowed the company to achieve its impressive levels of growth. Valor is the mineral management company of the future, operating much differently and offering more extensive business solutions than traditional asset management firms. Its specialized, highly-skilled, team combined with state-of-the-art technology, allows Valor to customize offerings not found anywhere else in the market.  Prioritizing its valued employees and clients allowed Valor to continue effectively operating at a time where other companies were cutting costs and laying off staff. By continuing to hire, adding to its already robust benefits offerings and the leadership team taking a pay cut, Valor’s asset managers continued to yield successful outcomes and provide superior service. All of the company’s Valor Ignite™ clients have joined as partners through word of mouth referral, speaking volumes to the quality of Valor’s services and relationships.
