TriNet PeopleForce 2023 was a one-of-a-kind event taking place virtually and in-person in New York from September 12 through 14, 2023. We launched TriNet PeopleForce in 2020 as way to bring SMB leaders together virtually during the pandemic. Now in its fourth year, TriNet PeopleForce continues to celebrate our clients and prospects, and all the entrepreneurs and small businesses—the backbone of the U.S. economy—for their resilience through challenging times, to educate them on what comes next and inspire them to persevere as they evolve their teams and their business for a constantly changing future.
The conference brings together business, culture and the arts with a roster of high-profile speakers. The theme for TriNet PeopleForce 2023 was People for People. The theme refers to the people who are at the heart of doing what matters, every day, and we explored and elevated topics around AI, the capital environment, employee satisfaction and healthcare including mental health and more.
Sessions provided opportunities for attendees to interact with speakers like Ryan Reynolds, chief creative officer, MNTN and founder, Group Effort Initiative, Michael Phelps, 23-time gold medalist and founder of the Michael Phelps Foundation, Goldie Hawn, Academy Award-winning actress and founder/CEO of the Goldie Hawn Foundation, Ronan Farrow, Pulitzer Prize-winning reporter and many other accomplished names across diverse backgrounds through Q&A and live polling. Performances by the Mzansi Youth Choir, Lauren Davidson, CMA artist, Myles Frost, 2022 Tony award winner with powerful background videos provided memorable moments for guests to connect over at happy hours and other event activities.
The objectives of TriNet PeopleForce were:
- Thought leadership—Set TriNet apart by proactively educating small to medium-size businesses while staying true to what’s happening today and offering tactical advice.
- Reputation building—Building on our reputation for being the experts in the PEO space and offering resources critical to SMBs.
- Lead generation—Creating trust in our brand and expertise driving net new leads into TriNet’s funnel while accelerating existing pipeline.
- Product announcements—Being an innovative company, releasing product updates on a global stage and providing an exclusive offer to attendees.
- Customer retention—Constructing a unique environment giving our customers the space to invest, grow and innovate as we are their business partner in hopes of creating a strong community driving loyalty, spend, referrals and positive sentiment.
TriNet PeopleForce went above and beyond in providing a beautiful and memorable experience for attendees. Our speaker lineup, live music performances and world-class stage design helped establish ourselves as a leader in HR, business events and the event space.
The stage itself was designed to present a larger-than-life backdrop to the world-class speakers and entertainment and colors were chosen to highlight our newly released brand identity. It was entirely custom fabricated working with Jason Sherwood who has created set design for The Oscars, People’s Choice Awards and Broadway. Since a set comes to life with lighting, we partnered with 22 Degrees who has brought the Grammys, The Oscars, the Billboard Music Awards and The ESPYs to life with amazing light and color. We also worked with production company, yU+co to produce emotional videos that were relevant to the issues and concerns today’s businesses face.
