    State Farm Mobile App- Manage life with ease

    The State Farm Mobile App (SFMA) continues to evolve each year, providing convenient access and user-friendly experiences to meet insurance needs. Through constant innovation of designs and capabilities based on user-testing and customer feedback, our app provides solutions our customers need most. The app provides access to tools, guidance and support… delivering self-service options, intuitive services and shopping experiences that continue to demonstrate our commitment to the customer. Over 15.3 million customers benefited from the app this year alone.

    Our app objective is to provide a personalized experience tailored to the needs of customers, ensuring security and convenience anytime, anywhere. Developed to ensure both iOS and Android best practices were incorporated, our app performs seamlessly, enabling customers to make choices based on their individual needs.

    Results of mobile customer experiences this year included a 46% increase in usage, surpassing 1 million auto quotes and an increase in Renters quoting by 70%. Mobile customers were also able to pay 27 million bills, submit 996k claims, while 859k received roadside assistance, all from the app. Great products and experiences accessible from your mobile, “Like a good neighbor, State Farm is there.”
