OBJECTIVE:
Introduce customers and prospects to what makes Scot Forge different from its competitors: it's a 100% employee-owned company with a uniquely collaborative and committed workforce who go above and beyond for customers every day.

STRATEGY:
Go inside the plants and offices to let the employee-owners tell the story, to give viewers a taste of the spirit and personality of the people who make it happen.

SOLUTION:
Create an inspiring video that quickly cuts between dozens of employee-owners, while also showing off the company's state-of-the-art capabilities.

RESULTS:
The video, which will be featured content on the company's new web site, has already been used internally to overwhemingly positive response from employees as well as externally in introductory meetings between Scot Forge reps and prospective customers.
