Celebrating Diversity: The company added a new Affinity Network Group called The Bridge, which focuses on helping employees feel at home while they are far from home transition into their new culture and environment. In October, ON Semiconductor hosted Responsibility and Inclusion week virtually that highlighted and celebrated the company’s accomplishments and raise awareness of several important topics.
Employee Wellness: Throughout the past year, the company has been focused on ensuring employee wellness was a high priority. The company triggered their business continuity team, which ensured every site followed all the correct pandemic guidelines. The Phoenix site also launched new expectant mothers parking spaces that allows expecting mothers to park closer to the entrance.
Environmental: Through the company’s sustainable practices, 910,000 kilograms of scrap materials and 1,376 kilograms of precious metals were processed and sold. ON Semiconductor also recycled 14,958,208 kilograms of waste from our sites.
Overall, the financial strength and efficiency through strong cash flows and stable revenue streams produced a revenue of $5,517 million.
