    Round Room LLC, a prominent investment and management company focused on the wireless industry, operates as one of the largest Verizon Authorized Retailers in the U.S. as of Q4 2024. With over 1,200 TCC (The Cellular Connection) and Wireless Zone stores across 43 states, Round Room provides a range of wireless services, mobile devices, and accessories through our extensive retail network.

    The formation of Round Room Holdings, Inc. reflects a commitment to expanding the message of our five core principles: care, connect, be authentic, inspire, and drive the business, which prioritize service to customers, employees, and communities. Beyond business, Round Room is deeply committed to social responsibility, championed by our Culture of Good initiative. This movement has been instrumental in shaping our ethos, emphasizing corporate responsibility, and community engagement.

    Our charitable initiatives span local events, community support, and national campaigns addressing social issues, demonstrating that our success is linked to community well-being. Round Room believes that by giving back, we not only fulfill a corporate duty but foster positive change, ensuring our growth benefits the neighborhoods we serve.

    Round Room has made tremendous strides in community impact, employee engagement, and customer connection. Through Round Room Gives, we expanded our support across critical areas like education, animal advocacy, domestic violence, and hunger, demonstrating our commitment to meaningful social impact. Our charitable contributions in 2023 reached $3.13 million, with $1.7 million in mega grants from Round Room Gives, TCC Gives distributing $800,000 in community grants, and Wireless Zone Gives donating over $1.1 million, which included $480,000 in community grants. Our School Rocks Backpack Giveaway provided over 240,000 backpacks to children nationwide, supporting families in need during the back-to-school season. Meanwhile, our innovative Get10Give10 initiative rewarded customers with $10,000 and an additional $10,000 to donate to a charity of their choice on a quarterly basis, making a localized impact and strengthening our community connections. $160,000 has been donated through Get10Give10 since 2023.

    We’ve enhanced employee engagement through our CORE Groups, with a growing 20% of our workforce participating in 10 employee resource groups that champion diversity, inclusion, and personal development. Supported by executive sponsors, these groups and paid volunteer hours per year empowers employees to engage with company leadership and support causes they are passionate about, contributing to a 80.4% employee retention rate. Round Room’s efforts have not only enriched the communities we serve but also strengthened customer loyalty, deepened employee commitment, and ranked us on Glassdoor’s 2024 Best Places to Work, showcasing our dedication to our people and communities.

Unlike traditional philanthropic models, which often stop at corporate donations, our initiatives empower customers and employees alike to take part in our social mission. This engagement not only strengthens loyalty while allowing employees to discover and make contributions to a passion, but fosters a culture of shared purpose, setting us apart in a competitive market by turning transactions into community contributions. Round Room has been named Verizon’s Agent of the Year for three consecutive years.

    Our efforts have a lasting impact on communities by addressing critical local needs—from educational supplies to financial support for local nonprofits—demonstrating that business success and social contribution can thrive together.
