Altria's new sales responsibility system is designed to orient employees on how to make responsible decisions by recognizing the pivotal points in the decision making process. It's a rather dry presentation when delivered on paper. The solution: we compared the business to a road and utilized a swooping camera along an animated road, passing through visual representations that explain each component of the responsibility system.
