Every attendee that is joining the Virtual Ceremony must fill out this form. Once we collect your information, you will receive an email invitation with a link to set up your Swapcard profile (PLEASE NOTE: the platform will open on June 1, all Swapcard invitations will be sent on/after this date). Your profile allows you to upload photos, have access to the virtual red carpet, add links to your website and social media, share contact info, network with other attendees, watch the virtual ceremony, and more. Please complete this form by June 25 to ensure that you are added into the Swapcard platform.
