Onyx Technology LLC is a Healthcare Product startup. It came into existence in May 2020 with a focus to improve patients health outcomes by implementing a cutting edge health data interoperability platform. This platform accepts data in various discrete formats from health plans, converts it into standard HL7 FHIR interoperability Format and make it available to the Health Plan Members via Third Party Developer Apps. Since inception, Onyx has been a transformation and we currently support `5% of US Population on our platform and provide Healthcare Interoperability Solutions to some of the biggest health plans in the industry including HighMark of NY, Humana, Blue Cross Blue Schield of Louisiana, Maryland State and Connecticut State. We have implmeneted the Patient Access API Mandate based Interoperability Solution for 10 major health plans since 2021, allowing ~5% of US population to access their Claims, Clinical, Formulary and Provider Directory data. Most of this population fall within High Risk Medicare Advantage and Medicaid categories. US healthcare has been fragmented with most of the health plans not storing data in a common interoperable format and using various legacy Authentication and Authorization processes, making it difficult to share information with their members and other health plans, which could be utilized for preventative care and risk assessment. Onyx's SAFHIR platform ingest and converts all of the Health Plan data into standard HL7 FHIR Interoperable format and allows these patients (members) to access their medical data by the Third Party apps based on the Authentication and Authorization.
