1. How often is this web site updated?

The bulk of the Treeo Website was designed to remain relatively static as most of the information does not change on a regular basis. However we do update a few sections on a regular basis to keep content fresh, including the map of nearby businesses and attractions, the photo gallery, the Careers section and the News section. The site was also built with a robust content management system that allows us access to all content for easy updating and editing, and we have utilized the homepage to keep our customers apprised of key dates as the development of our first location in Orem, Utah, has progressed. The site was also developed to easily add additional locations as the Treeo brand grows across the nation.

2. Briefly describe this site's objectives and how it has met those objectives (up to 125 words):

Treeo is a new brand of retirement communities being developed by One Eighty, a long-time leader in the senior housing industry. The goal of the Treeo Website was to clearly communicate that Treeo is unlike other traditional retirement options by focusing on three key differentiators. First, Treeo is smart. Our development strategy, staffing platform and service package have allowed us to keep rents affordable. Second, Treeo is modern; In design, building materials, efficiency and technology. Third, Treeo is connected. Residents receive iPads loaded with our Treeo Connect app to keep them connected and engaged. The website utilizes cutting edge web development and mobile capabilities, simple and clear writing, bold color, and strong yet simple graphics to convey this unique, modern Treeo brand and message.
