Treeo is a new brand of retirement communities being developed by One Eighty, a long-time leader in the senior housing industry. The goal of the Treeo Brochure was to clearly communicate that Treeo is unlike any other traditional retirement option by focusing on three key differentiators.

First, Treeo is smart. Our development strategy, staffing platform and service package have allowed us to keep rents affordable.

Second, Treeo is modern; in design, building materials, efficiency and technology.

And third, Treeo is connected. Each resident receives an iPad loaded with our Treeo Connect app to keep residents connected and engaged both inside the community and out.

The brochure utilizes interesting production techniques, bold color and strong, simple graphics to convey the unique, modern Treeo brand and message.
