    Since we opened in 1961, Mission Federal Credit Union has understood that culture is a key differentiator. For the last decade, we've adopted the saying, "The Member Experience will never exceed the Employee Experience" as our guiding principle for creating a culture that fosters and encourages innovation, service, collaboration, and belonging.

    For much of our existence, many of our Team Members would share their personal experiences of what it meant to be part of the Mission Fed Team, but the narratives were often disparate and uncomprehensive. While they always had good things to say, we never had a unifying banner to march under, and it was the rollout these videos and our cu shine Talent Brand that helped give definition and celebration of who we were as an organization. 

    The brand itself showcased our Team Members who spoke unscripted about their experiences - how they felt about us, why they decided to be on our team, and why that decision was fulfilling. The authenticity of this final product has given our Team an enhanced sense of pride to be part of an organization that does so much for our members, our community, and our Team Members.
