-YTD, her sales team has brought in over 675 new accounts, including the one of the largest property management companies within the Cincinnati area
-She has created more than 20 new job titles for the company with over 35 employees filling these roles.
-Brittany has encouraged a positive work atmosphere that has played a considerable role in the company being named a Cincinnati Enquirer “Top Workplace” for ten consecutive years.
-She has been the driving force behind countless company culture initiatives to help bring different departments together and help establish cross-departmental relationship among employees
-Responsible for the design and development of LCS’ state-of-the-art 76,313 sq. foot headquarters in Deerfield Township.
-Responsible for the entirety of the annual Rent Manager User Conference, which now hosts more than 1,000 customers (27.5% increase over the previous year), vendors, and guests, from location, training course planning, and aesthetics.
-Achieving a 51% increase in RMUC sponsorships in 2019, allowing us to create a full trade show exhibit hall atmosphere, similar to some of the largest conferences within our industry.
