LexisNexis Smart Meeting is a unique meeting preparation tool for business professionals that delivers access to just-in-time information on customers, prospects and partners. Launched in July 2012, LexisNexis Smart Meeting is the first meeting preparation tool to integrate with Microsoft Outlook Calendar. The mobile-friendly tool pushes timely company news and updates to business professionals prior to customer and prospect meetings via email so that they can close more deals.
LexisNexis Smart Meeting is unique in its ability to automatically trigger briefing reports from meetings set up in Outlook Calendar. Through the Microsoft Outlook integration, an end user can request and schedule a LexisNexis Smart Meeting report when a meeting is added to Outlook Calendar, by creating or accepting a meeting. LexisNexis Smart Meeting recognizes the domain names of meeting attendees to automatically suggest companies for the report. The report can be generated at any time and customized to deliver the most relevant information about a particular customer or prospect wherever or whenever the end user desires.

Todd Stowe, Director of Product Planning, has been with LexisNexis since 1989. He is responsible for developing the product strategy for sales and sales operations professionals, as well as the development of the web services strategy. He became Director of Product Planning in November 2011. Todd started as a software engineer after graduating from Wright State University, and has held a number of roles in product, sales, and operations. He is based in Dayton, Ohio.
