After an incredible national expansion, Lauth's new marketing team faced the
challenge of reinventing the company's brand and developing a campaign befitting
a progressive company that had grown into one of the nation's leading
developers, all without sacrificing three decades worth of brand equity.

The resulting marketing campaign reflects the company's strength and experience
and includes refinement of the company's logo, all new creative concepts and
color palettes, newly produced photography that showcases the company's
portfolio in a way that is visually powerful, and messages
