Since its launch in April 2004, PrimaCare® ONE, has established itself as the
fastest growing prescription prenatal product in the branded segment. The first
prescription prenatal/postnatal multivitamin/mineral supplement to provide the
benefits of Essential Fatty Acids, along with core vitamin and mineral supplement,
with once-a-day dosing convenience, PrimaCare® ONE was launched by Ther-Rx
Corporation, the branded pharmaceutical subsidiary of KV Pharmaceutical
Company.By delivering a pure, non-synthetic, comprehensive and balanced source of

Jerry Wenker, President, Ther-Rx Corporation, joined KV Pharmaceutical in April
2004 after a 17 year career with Abbot Laboratories where he held various general
management positions, most recently Vice President Licensing and New
Business Development. Mr. Wenker obtained a Master of Science in
Management from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois. He holds a
Bachelor of Arts in Government from Pomano College in Claremont, California.
