   On June 23, 2021, Kinetic enhanced and rebranded our customer portal by introducing Go Kinetic to provide the best user experience to our customers. With this launch, we saw a 32% increase in new portal registrations and a 24% increase in usage from 2020 to 2021. Additionally, our Go Kinetic registered customers have a NPS score of 33 points higher than our non-registered customers. The positive impact Go Kinetic brings reinforces Kinetic's continued focus to provide best-in-class tools and services.

   Go Kinetic is our customer-centric online account management tool, giving customers the power to easily access and manage their Kinetic by Windstream account 24/7. Available both as an iOS and Android mobile app and desktop/web experience, customers are always connected and in control - anytime, anywhere.

   With customer experience at the forefront of everything we do, Go Kinetic delivers convenience, flexibility and control to customers to help manage their connected home through an intuitive digital experience. With Go Kinetic, our customers can:

   • Personalize and monitor their home’s internet experience – manage Wi-Fi network name and password, enable guest networks, set up parental controls, monitor connected devices, perform speed tests, reboot equipment and more
   • Review order and support requests, modify appointments and track technician details with Track My Tech
   • Get real-time help and support with our Digital Assistant and Live Chat functionality
   • View and pay bills, access payment history, enroll in AutoPay and paperless billing and create customized shortcuts for frequently visited areas
