    Infosys Equinox is a human-centric digital commerce platform that helps retailers and brands create memorable shopping experiences. With the surging demand for digital commerce, Infosys launched Infosys Equinox on September 9, 2021, as an evolved version of SKAVA Commerce- a platform acquired by Infosys in 2015 and improved upon since then.

    History of Infosys Equinox: 7 years post its acquisition by Infosys in 2015, SKAVA was completely merged into Infosys. The merger coincided with the infusion of additional digital engagement capabilities, new partners and new microservices into the SKAVA ecosystem and this ecosystem has continued to be enriched and was SKAVA was then relaunched in September 2021 as Infosys Equinox.

    Infosys Equinox is a human-centric digital commerce and marketing platform that helps brands create an omnichannel, hyper-personalized experience for shoppers. It is a Microservices-based, API-first, Cloud-native, Headless digital commerce platform that enables extensibility (MACH-X architecture) with its future-ready architecture built using open-source technologies with advanced security.

    Seamless Customer experience excellence

    Operating on a commerce-as-a-service model  with a rich ecosystem of 25+ partners,  like AWS for cloud operations and Live Person for conversational commerce, Equinox facilitates closer consumer-brand interactions by enabling unique digital customer journeys using emerging channels of engagement like social, chat, voice, AR/VR, live commerce, etc. The platform blends digital experiences with physical ones to deliver seamless phygital experiences wherever the consumer may be as well as omni channel capabilities including contactless shopping, curb-side pickup and endless aisle. Furthermore, creating multiple sites, microsites adapted for multiple languages and currencies, with deeply localized features and real-time promotions is made very convenient with the platform’s simplified Business User Tooling and workflows that require no changes to the application code or configuration.
