Our 2012 Annual Review provides 2012 financial and business updates to shareholders and other stakeholders, including the general public, prospective employees and the media. The theme, "change : communication," reflects the various innovative tools we leverage for communication among our employees, customers and their clients, all to foster better, more informed conversations.

This year's video Annual Review utilizes unique animation and a series of original videos that support the print Annual Review in communicating IDEXX's Guiding Principles as they relate to the employee experience and innovations in our various lines of business. These elements provide an added dynamic to our print review, and help further define the company and the impact it has on pets and people, including employees.
