    Hayden Wadsworth is the CEO & Co-Founder of HydroJug, a half gallon water bottle that has become a viral sensation for those looking to drink more water. Hayden and his brother Jake started HydroJug while attending college back in 2017. Within the past 4 years Hayden and Jake have turned their half gallon water bottle business into an 8 figure company. 

    HydroJug has seen enormous growth in 2021. Some of the biggest growth factors have been employees and revenue. At the beginning of 2021, HydroJug had 21 employees. Flash forward  to now, and the employee count is currently at 83 employees. Revenue has also grown enormously this year. In 2020 HydroJug reached 8 figures in revenue and is on track to have revenue grow this year by 3.3-4x. 

    Hayden has contributed to the growth of this company in every way. At the beginning of HydroJug, it was just him and Jake. During this time, Hayden took on every role of the company from designing the product, to marketing, fulfilling orders, and everything else in between. 

    As HydroJug has grown this year, Hayden has built out teams and created processes that have improved productivity and aided in the exponential growth of the company. Now that HydroJug has over 80 employees, there are more people to contribute to that growth but as the CEO, Hayden is responsible for leading the company and making sure employees have everything they need to complete their jobs. Hayden is still very involved in every product that is released, partnerships, marketing campaigns, etc. 

    By growing as a company, HydroJug is able to release more products to their consumers. By the end of 2021 HydroJug will have released 3 new product lines; Stainless Steel HydroJugs, Glass HydroJugs, and their HydroJug Pro line which is a sturdier version of their flagship product. 

    Another measurable rod of the company has been their wholesale growth. At the beginning HydroJug solely focused on online sales from their own website, but the growth of this department has been staggering. After cultivating a strong wholesale team, some big splashes have been made with several large retailers. Over the past year, HydroJug has made it into major retailers such as GNC, Tilly’s, Bodybuilding.com, Amazon, and they have just landed a deal with Dick’s Sporting Goods. 

    There have been a lot of big accomplishments for 2021, but one of the biggest ones for the company was making the Inc 5000 list for the first time. Not only did they make the list but HydroJug came in as number 33. Other awards included Gold selections from Best In Biz International for Fastest Growing Company, and Entrepreneur of the Year for Hayden. 

    One of the reasons why HydroJug has seen so much success over the years is because Hayden has taken his product and turned it into a community. After working for his family businesses from a young age, he has translated the work ethic and values he was taught from a young age and instilled them into his own company. HydroJug has grown way beyond being just a water bottle. The company now has a community based around the ideas of sustainability, healthy living, and family values. When you interact with HydroJug, you can see that this community starts with our founder and extends all the way to our most recent customer.

    -Employees grew from just 10 at the beginning of 2020 to curently 83 employees. 

    -Herew revenue to eight figures in 2020. HydroJug will see a 3.3 -4x revenue increase for 2021. 

    -Hayden moved HydroJug HQ from a garage operation into a 50,000 square foot warehouse. In 2021 HydroJug has already outgrown the 50,000 square foot warehouse and will be adding an additional 119,786 square-foot warehouse. 

    -His marketing campaigns have grown the social following to over 375,000 Instagram followers. 

    -Within the past year HydroJug has made it into major retailers such as GNC, Tilly's, Walmart.com, BodyBuilding.com, Amazon, and have just landed a deal with Dick's Sporting Goods.
