Since 2022 Hive Group has won approximately $295 million dollars in Total Contract Value. This revenue growth came from a focus on growing existing client support and breaking into supporting new Government agencies.
EXISTING CLIENT GROWTH. Midyear 2022, Hive Group expanded its contract footprint within GSA’s Assisted Acquisition Services (AAS) division with a 5-year $45M contract. This allowed Hive Group to expand the operational and business support to AAS, effectively standing up an enterprise management office responsible for enabling, monitoring, and controlling a government-wide portfolio valued at over $17B while also facilitating a major organizational realignment impacting 1,100 federal employees. In early 2023 Hive Group secured a 5-year, $53M contract to leverage the expertise of Hive Group, and our teaming partners to continue service delivery to AAS, which offers value-added, customized acquisitions, project management, financial management, and Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) services.
BREAKING INTO NEW AGENCIES. Summer of 2023 Hive Group was awarded a $66M Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with DOJ to assist the Finance and Facilities Division (FFD), Procurement Support Services (PSS), with acquisition and realty support services to assist with the procurement process for supplies, services, and construction. In the back half of 2023 Hive Group won a new subcontract with Noblis on their highly successful Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance III, or SETA III, contract. SETA III provides the Science & Technology (S&T) directorate of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) with professional, scientific, and technical services.

Hive Group’s success since 2022 lies within our ability to grow the level of work with our current clients while stepping into and delivering premium services to new Government agencies. The process that makes Hive Group an outlier within industry is our focus on both our employee base and the organic cultivation of the talent therein. This methodology repeatedly stood up to stress tests of explosive growth and allowed Hive Group to deliver a 98% retention rate in 2023, despite the tragic passing of our beloved CEO and co-founder, Kathleen Sober. This unprecedented achievement was made possible by Hive Group’s focus on internal career development from HUBZone interns to full-time employees and a dedication to the employee experience, facilitating the ability for every employee to focus on the client and grow lasting client relationships. In 2023, under Hive Group’s intern program, four employees transitioned from part-time interns to full support for our clients, providing familiar faces to tackle their growing needs and tangible work experience for our interns. Additionally, Hive Group has always held the belief that by staying employee driven, employees will in turn be focused on the client experience. For this reason Hive Group maintains employee focus via 90-day check-ins, extensive mentor-based onboarding, leadership development programs, deep investment in middle management and commitment to promoting from within, virtual continuous learning programs, and both virtual and in-person culture events. These efforts were met in-kind in 2023 by our employees, delivering a 93% response rate to our Employee Engagement Survey.
