With headquarters in Orlando, Florida, HGV develops, markets and operates a system of brand-name, high-quality vacation ownership resorts.

    The company manages and operates best-in-class membership programs, providing exclusive services and maximum flexibility for [REDACTED FOR PUBLICATION] owners and over 150 resorts around the world.     HGV’s significant achievements in 2022 included announcing the largest expansion of membership offerings since its inception with the launch of a new membership program, HGV Max, and an experiential events platform, HGV Ultimate Access.

    HGV Max provides members the ability to visit more properties in exciting destinations and gain access to invitation-only special events.

    HGV Ultimate Access is exclusively available to its members and guests, giving them access to private concerts with world-class musical artists, culinary experiences, exclusive meet-and-greets with celebrities and more. In 2023, the company has more than 4,000 events planned across its footprint.

    Additionally, after the company’s hallmark achievement of acquiring Diamond Resorts in 2021, HGV began its rebranding efforts of these properties. HGV has rebranded 20 resorts to a new branded collection, Hilton Vacation Club, further expanding the company’s presence in Canada and enhancing its portfolio cities.

    As the travel industry continues to rebound from the pandemic, companies are looking for ways to redefine industry concepts. HGV has taken an innovative approach focusing on experiential travel, demonstrated by its HGV Ultimate Access and HGV Max initiatives, expanding the definition of luxury vacation experiences. HGV looks to the future of the travel industry, designing programs with the next generation of global citizens in mind.

    The rebranding of 20 Diamond Resorts properties following the company’s acquisition has allowed guests to experience more destinations within HGV’s portfolio, in what is now the largest network of upper upscale and luxury vacation experiences worldwide. It has also expanded the company’s global footprint, established HGV’s presence in Canada and expanded offerings in Japan and Mexico.

    Due to the acquisition and travel recovery from the pandemic, HGV’s workforce nearly tripled, growing to more than 16,000 team members. With many of these team members working abroad at the more than 25 global resorts added to HGV’s portfolio, HGV executives ensured these team members were equipped with the appropriate information, support and resources to have a smooth transition.

    HGV’s mission of “Putting People First” has driven the evolution of outstanding HGV benefit programs for team members, which include day-1 access to health benefits and 401k options, flexible work hours and parental leave program.
