improvements have been made to the design and information architecture.

HP.com’s user-centric design was meant to provide simple, easy and intuitive access to key interests. Ongoing internal customer satisfaction surveys and benchmark studies show HP's homepage satisfies users and outperforms the competition.

http://www.hp.com is designed to provide simple access to product offerings and support. HP offers aggregations of the website content by user segments, including Home/Home Office, Small/Medium Business, Public Sector, and Large Enterprise. HP also has a variety of user assistance services, including a robust search engine, contact capabilities and email routing. HP’s contextual search engine offers results based on user interests and one-click product access to relevant information.
