Our internship program is an 11 week immersive learning experience. The objective of this asset was to demonstrate the ways we both teach and learn, hearing from the mentors and managers of interns and the interns themselves.

We share our philosophy to teach in both theory and practice and explain how we bring that to life in each of our different roles: trading, engineering and quantitative research. Through this, we endeavor to showcase our collaborative culture and the consistency of this commitment in all offices and roles around the world. As a firm, we believe that interns are critical members of our team so we give them real work that matters.

This asset met our objective and then some, clearly articulating the story of learning and development that is integral to this internship offering.
