    We launched our inaugural internship program in Australia in 2022 to support Citadel Securities’ rapid growth in the Asia-Pacific region.

    This entry is the asset we developed to highlight the experience of the 2022-2023 class. Our goal was to document what happened in the program and highlight the benefits in order to increase preference and consideration of the internship with future candidates. We chose to feature our interns in their own words – explaining their experience, the culture they were a part of and their growth over the course of 11 weeks.

    Our recruitment team in region promoted it heavily and shares it on campus. They shared anecdotally that it has greatly helped illuminate the experience and engage potential interns in new markets (largely Australia and New Zealand).
