The Gluware Intelligent Network Automation provides enterprises the control and cost savings needed to enable code-free automation and orchestration at scale, including network discovery, drift detection, OS upgrades, network audits, configuration management, process automation, and more. With a no-code/low-code approach throughout the entire platform, organizations can achieve an estimated 98% reduction in downtime for global network configuration and a significant reduction in troubleshooting time and training cost for network operation.

The Gluware app suite enables users of any skill level to access and implement automation. Gluware provides a common platform that enables users to expand on the automation work developed by others. This is done through a powerful set of pre-built and customizable capabilities, the most notable of which include:

    • Gluware Network Robotic Process Automation (RPA) provides users, including network engineers and operators, with the ability to develop and manage no-code, end-to-end process automation for workflows such as moves/adds/changes/deletes (MACD), assessments, troubleshooting, operating system change processes, configuration management, and more. Network RPA is an easy-to-use platform that enables customers to automate their network from end to end – without developer skills – using drag-and-drop navigation. Network RPA features a library of pre-built automated tasks, northbound and southbound vendor integrations (over 200 available), and the ability to customize code and create workflow BOTs to unlock hyperautomation quickly, easily, and at scale. Network RPA integrates with every application in the Gluware suite and countless third-party applications to provide end-to-end process automation of tasks and event-driven activities across the network. This removes the need for massive amounts of unnecessary coding and repetitive actions that pull network engineers from projects that could add real value to the company.

    • Gluware OS Manager is designed for today's critical multi-vendor, multi-platform networks. Unlike manual, error-prone methods, Gluware OS Manager allows IT staff to reliably upgrade firmware/software across an entire network in just days. The Gluware platform uses a multi-engine architecture that allows compute resources to be allocated regionally based on the enterprise's needs and scale.

    • Gluware Topology visualizes enterprise networks through diagrams that are automatically rendered and updated with data from Gluware's device and network discovery capabilities.
  5. If you are providing written answers for your submission, you must provide an answer to this third question: Outline the market performance, critical reception, and customer satisfaction with the product or service to date. State monetary or unit sales figures to date, if possible, and how they compare to expectations or past performance. Provide links to laudatory product or service reviews. Include some customer testimonials, if applicable (up to 350 words):

    • Gluware was recognized as a Leader and Outperformer in both NetDevOps and   Network Validation Radar Reports from GigaOm in 2022. Analyst Ivan McPhee notes that “Gluware's customer-driven roadmap helps it excel in complex enterprise use cases that incorporate RPA, self-operating functionality, and topology visualization.”

    • A global pharmaceutical company performed software upgrades on 400 switches at a manufacturing facility in a single change window, which would have taken weeks or months with previous manual methods.

    • A global healthcare company automated millions of lines of configuration within a year. This led to over $220 in cost avoidance per change, per device on an organization's network, ultimately adding up to millions of dollars saved across the network.

    • After 2.5 years of DIY efforts, a large multinational consulting company, switched to Gluware for its network automation initiative. The company gained immediate impact that would have been years away in its prior in-house pipeline. Ultimately, Gluware’s pre-built capabilities radically increased the speed and power of network management efforts and freed up time for engineers to focus on advancing operational efficiencies, business services, and customer satisfaction.

    • A global leader in the payment processing industry uses Gluware to audit 15,000 devices weekly and has executed 2.6 million audit rules over the last three years.

    •  A global healthcare company leveraged Gluware to automate data collection on 7,000 devices for internal compliance.

WSP, a leading engineering services firm and Gluware customer, employs 55,000+ employees in 500 offices across 40 countries and 4,000 connected devices. In addition, the company has had over 180 mergers and acquisitions and averages 10-12 per year. Gluware has enabled them to quickly roll out new security and compliance standards and remediate new parts of the network. They estimate the project resulted in nearly $1 million in cost avoidance. As a result of this performance, the company won the Autonomous Operations category for IDC’s 2022 Best in Future of Digital Infrastructure Award.
