Fusus is the most widely used & trusted Real-Time Crime Center platform, providing an open and unified intelligence ecosystem integrates and enhances all public safety and investigations assets for law enforcement, first responders, and private security personnel.
Fusus was originally created to support unified security operations for the SuperBowl in Minneapolis in 2018. The company was officially founded in 2019, becoming the first completely technology-agnostic RTCC platform to enter the market. In 4 years it became the most widely used RTCC platform in the country, serving the needs of major cities and counties, as well as smaller areas. In 2023, Fusus also expanded into international agencies in the UK, Bahamas, and other nations.
One of the most unique aspects of Fusus is its ability to enable better community policing strategies that unify the efforts of community members and law enforcement personnel, building bridges and closer ties within communities of all types. Fusus enables community members to increase safety and security without sacrificing their privacy, and work more closely with their local law enforcement agencies. Officers are also enabled with situational awareness tools that allow for better decision making and minimize negative contacts with members of the public.

The impact of Fusus has been borne out across hundreds of cases across the nation, solving homicides and assaults, finding missing persons, aiding in human trafficking investigations, and reducing burglaries and other types of criminal activity.

- Atlanta's homicide rate of closure exceeds that of the national average, 82% to the nation's standard 52% thanks to important community policing programs like Fusus-powered "Connect Atlanta".
- The Fusus platform played a role in helping the Cobb County police achieve a 100% clearance rate over the past two years.
- Fusus played a key role in the rapid apprehension of the Atlanta Midtown shooter.
- In the last six months in places like Rocky Mount, NC, there were over $211,568 of stolen property recovered and 89 instances where video compiled in the Fusus platform directly led to solved cases and the recovery of 30 firearms.
- In 12 months, Bay County's Real Time Operations Center was responsible for recovering six missing persons, 26 stolen vehicles, identifying seven hit-and-run suspects, and finding 32 wanted persons with warrants.

One of the greatest challenges we encounter is the building of bridges between community members and law enforcement agencies in order to create more holistic public safety programs. Via our RTCC platform and associated programs, Fusus tackles this challenge by implementing community policing strategies that unify the efforts of community members and law enforcement personnel, building bridges and closer ties within communities of all types. Specifically, our platform enables community members and businesses to easily share security camera footage, tips and other data seamlessly with their local law enforcement agency. Businesses and schools can implement physical or virtual panic buttons that activate cameras, geolocate emergencies, and inform dispatchers and arriving officers of an emergent situation. By preserving the control of security camera systems by the camera owner, they are able to increase security without sacrificing their privacy, and work more closely with their local law enforcement agencies. Officers are also enabled with situational awareness tools that allow for better decision making and minimize negative contacts with members of the public.
