Company Description: FIT4MOM was founded in 2001 when our founder was looking to find a community of moms. Apparently she wasn't the only one looking for a village. FIT4MOM is now the country's largest fitness program for moms, with over 200 franchisees and thousands of instructors nationwide. FIT4MOM is celebrating 22 years of business this summer. In two decades we have helped 1 million moms achieve the strength in motherhood. We are largest fitness program for moms in the country and offer fitness for every stage of motherhood. The program grew from a single mom on a mission, Lisa Druxman, offering Stroller Strides to thousands of instructors offering six different programs nationwide. More than just sets and reps, FIT4MOM offers community, support and wellness. We are committed to be a diverse and inclusive community for all moms. We are raising healthy moms so they can raise healthy kids!

FIT4MOM was founded in 2001. In 2021, we expanded our offerings from in person classes to video on demand, making sure that moms had access to our classes, even during the pandemic. We continued to offer moms nights out (or in), playgroups and all of the activities that our community missed during the pandemic. We hosted a virtual race and raised money for Every Mother Matters. We did quarterly Moms On A Mission events where we raised money and awareness for a variety of charities. We created all new coaching and support programs for our franchisees, because we are their village.

40% of the fitness industry closed down during the pandemic. Permanently. We did everything in our power to get creative and keep our franchisees operating, even if just virtually. We cared not just about their financial health but their mental health and offered a special Mom Business Academy (MBA) and Beyond Burnout Course so that we could support them as moms and business owners. We invested in an all new video on demand platform and made it available to our franchisees at no cost so that they could keep their clients even when they could not offer classes in person.
