Briefly describe this entry’s communications objectives and how it met those objectives (up to 125 words):

The Military Health System (MHS) serves all active service men and women and their families. Contracting with Engility, MHS asked for a fast-moving, sizzle-reel-style video that would (1) grab the viewer, (2) serve as an introduction for executive speeches, and (3) support the overall message of the importance of the MHS. This video sets the scene for MHS leaders to show what military medicine is all about. For audiences inside the MHS, the film has fostered pride and a desire to share this message with others; for audiences outside the MHS the reaction has been, "Wow, I didn't know MHS did all that." Making the video more remarkable, Engility produced the film in the year of the Government shutdown and constrained budgets.
