We all know it’s simple, right, trained employees equal happy customers. At EMKAY we believe with proper training we can achieve our top-notch client support initiatives, while creating an easy-to-use training site that educated both our service specialist and our customers. Our ultimate goal: to train in a simple way what our technological tools and intuitive website can do. EMKAY’s approach takes a multi- pronged strategy to learning by incorporating video and “easy as 1-2-3” tutorials to educate our team to new heights.
