The training video was produced and shown in October of 2003. 

Briefly describe this nomination’s communications objectives and how it met those objectives (up to 100 words):

Old habits die laughing… That’s the theory behind this tongue-in-cheek intro to an
automated Customer Relationship Management tool. We watch four sales pros
from different Siemens Medical product lines fight an internal battle between the
bottom line and higher aspirations. The Devil encourages them to do business as
usual. An Angel champions change, emphasizing the benefits of a global,
consistent process. Despite the “other worldly” touches, all humor is rooted in the
real world challenges of medical sales. The scenarios were presented via DVD in
facilitated training sessions reaching a sales force of 900.
