New York, NYApril 26, 2005 – Donald J. Trump, one of the world’s most successful and celebrated business figures, will receive the first-ever Lifetime Achievement Stevie Award at The 3rd Annual American Business Awards on June 6, 2005. 

 

Organizers said that Trump, who will be on hand to accept the honorary award at the gala ceremony, will be saluted for both his legendary achievements in the business world and for the role that his hit television series, The Apprentice, has played in raising public awareness of the demands, rewards, and responsibilities of corporate .

The American Business Awards are the only national, independent business awards program honoring great performances in the workplace.

 

More than 600 executives from companies around the country will attend The 3rd Annual American Business Awards, which take place at the Marriot Marquis Hotel in New York City.

 

Nicknamed the Steviesfor the Greek word “crowned,” the awards, designed by the same company that makes the Clio and the Emmy, will be presented in more than 40 categories including Best Executive, Best Support Staffer, Best Salesperson, Best Customer Service Team, and Most Innovative Company.
