Jennifer Mack heads up product management for Cybertrust’s Payment Card
Industry line of business, which includes the Cybertrust service “Online
Compliance Program (OCP)”. In 2006, Jennifer Mack also developed and launched
a new solution for the company, the “Partner Security Program (PSP)”. 

In 2006, Mack:

• Grew Cybertrust’s PCI line of business from $100K to $5M in one fiscal
year

• Broadened new and existing customer base from 10 to 250 – a 2,400%
increase.

• Was recognized as an industry expert for Payment Card Industry and on
general information security issues among internal and external audiences,
including customers, prospects, competitors, media, and analysts.

• As an industry expert, was in demand to speak at numerous events,
including:
o Cybertrust Webinar: Preparing for the Holiday Season: Top 10 Essential
Practices
o Retail Data Security Forum: Participation in Technologists’ Panel
o 8th Annual MasterCard Europe Fraud Conference: PCI Experiences from
Auditor Perspective
o Visa’s Payment Application Best Practice Conference: Participation in
Technologists’ Panel
o Commonwealth Bank of Australia: PCI Program Education to Bank’s Members
and Merchants

• Conducted research and created a Market Requirement Document that
detailed prospect of creating a new security offering for the market—Partner
Security Program (PSP)—and incorporated build vs. buy, competitive landscape,
and market drivers.
• In a 4-6 month timeframe, she: 
o Solely handled all facets of a worldwide go-to-market launch for PSP
and coordinated deliverables across all key organizational groups that included
Marketing, Operations, Support, Legal, Accounting, Finance, Development,
Professional Services, Sales, Quality Assurance, Analyst/Media Relations, and
Internal/External collateral.
o Established service descriptions, pricing, licensing, quick start
guides, welcome kits, demos, competitive analysis, and trained all personnel
and outside customers on the new offering.
o Substantially increased revenues across three regions for new and
expansion customers through effective training, tools, and customer related
activities.
o Completed 17 global analyst briefings within a three-week period prior
to launch of new offering
o Recognized for work efforts from product inception to delivery within a
six-month period with Cybertrust’s Partner Security Program named #6 out of Top
25 Innovative Solutions for 2007 by Financial IT Security Magazine in its
December 2006 issue.

As director of product management at Cybertrust, Jennifer Mack is the subject
matter expert and is responsible for all aspects of the organization’s product
and service offerings for the Payment Card Industry (PCI). These offerings
include the Online Compliance Program for PCI, CISP (Cardholder Information
Security Program) audits, payment application best practice assessments,
forensics, and incident response services. 

As part of her role, she is charged with developing and maintaining business
relationships with card companies, industry lobbyists, and acquiring banks to
promote the initiatives being made in Internet fraud by financial services
organizations.
